Refund policy

We want you to be happy with our products and with your shopping experience so here are a few notes on returns and refunds:

  • If you receive an item that was damaged in transit please let us know immediately so we can get a replacement (or substitute if your order was a limited item) out to you ASAP or issue a refund. Please provide a photo of the damaged item. 
  • Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. A refund will be issued (excluding the cost of shipping) once we receive the items in their original condition and packaging.
  • Used, opened, “Final Sale”or “Clearance Sale” items cannot be returned.
  • The above does not apply to custom or semi-custom orders. For information on custom/semi-custom orders, please review the terms and conditions in your specific order agreement.
